You enjoy being in direct contact with our customers? You can deliver good sales arguments conclusively? And you tend to organise your tasks diligently? Perfect. If spelling, logical thinking and appplying the rule of three/ working out percentages also doesn't give you a splitting headache, then Ille is definitely the right place for you.

Your business training involves a number of stages from A to Z. You will be trained in customer service, route management, merchandise management and procurement, as well as in human resources and finance. Should you also have a burning interest in data processing and distribution, you are welcome to check that out too. In any case you will be shadowing our service drivers and fitters in order to familiarise yourself with efficient warehousing. Last but not least, you will be working on a final year project, that you will single-handedly present to the company at the end of your training.

In a word? Rosy. Because, once you have finished your training, you will have many opportunities at Ille. Either you start as a clerk in one of our commercial divisions. Or you can show what you're made off in sales. Or you can work for us abroad.
